"My family and I have been dealing with State Farm and Jim in particularly for over 2 decades now. I could not ask for a better representative for all my needs in the insurance industry. Absolutely top tier in professionalism, responsiveness, and knowledge, in addition to taking the time to always explain our present and future options as things change in uncertain times. Case in point, I had a slight fender bender several months ago. Exchanged info with the party and continued to work in the morning. Contacted Jim and his team when I got to work at 10 am.
